November 2nd - Restoration Day

We had around 30 volunteers out for Restoration Day, helping to replant and restore areas throughout Middle Earth! Our crew lucked out with some good weather and worked across three main sections: upper Middle Earth near Phase 2, the old roadbed on former Centrefold by Harem Scarem, and lower sections of Middle Earth.

With native plants donated by Sean Dixon from OneForest and hauled up by the CRD crew, volunteers planted Douglas fir, maples, ocean spray, ferns, plus moss and wild seed to bring new life to the corridor.
